ORDER CHANGES

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products and our order fulfillment process, you could only request the order to be canceled, changed, or modified before being shipped. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

Occasionally, an order is canceled by our smart system for various reasons. Some reasons could be:

+ Item(s) not available
+ Difficulty in processing payment information
+ Cannot ship to address provided
+ Duplicate order was placed
+ Canceled due to a customer request (if possible)
+ Return policy abuse


ORDER RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on both new and gently used products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to honor our refund policy, excluding shipping fee within 60 days of delivery date for any reason (no questions asked).

To start your return, simply reach out to our customer care team via chat or email with your order number (Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and weekends). Inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within a day. Response times may be extended during weekends, holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Only products purchased directly on WooLash.com are eligible for return. Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Our policy lasts 60 days, if 60 days have gone by since the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund for any reason.

Orders placed using a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return or refund, all gift card and set purchases are final sale.

It takes about 7-15 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return and complete your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, then allow for up to seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For multi-item orders, if more than one item from the same product is unsealed, a refund will not be issued for each unsealed item, except the first unsealed/used item.

For international orders, parcels undeliverable by courier and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center. Shipping and customs fees (DDP) are non-refundable, including free shipping orders. A refund will not be issued if the parcel is destroyed by the courier and/or their international shipping partners due to no response or no package claim by the customer. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.

WooLash monitors return activity. Any return policy abuse, such as repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your WooLash account or future orders being refused at our discretion. Customers who returned their purchased item(s) previously, are ineligible to return future purchases of the same item(s). Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To ensure delivery we recommend using a reliable courier.
